Sustainability has become an increasingly important topic worldwide, and our company is no exception. Our aim is to combine environmental and social responsibility with long-term economic success. In this context, the implementation of specific measures plays a key role in reducing our ecological footprint and using resources more efficiently. For example, whenever possible, we do not print out documentation, but exchange and transmit it via cloud systems. We consistently separate our waste and promote recycling. We also pay attention to the energy efficiency class of new appliances and use energy-saving lighting.
Another important aspect of our sustainable corporate governance is the promotion of employees and the guarantee of fair working conditions. We consistently focus on employee development, further training and the creation of a positive working environment in order to strengthen employee commitment and build long-term working relationships.
Through targeted sustainability initiatives, we aim to fulfill our responsibility and make a positive contribution to the environment and society. This includes the systematic shift of our company vehicles to e-cars and the promotion of e-bikes (business bikes) in order to reduce CO2 emissions and contribute to improving air quality. We also attach great importance to purchasing products such as fruit, drinks and office supplies from local companies, thereby supporting the local economy.
