- Technical leadership of employees and project teams in basic, detail, and installation engineering
- Customer consulting in your field of expertise from proposal to order execution
- Representing RAMSYS in technical committees and participation in standardization work
- Acting as the in-house expert for instrumentation and control engineering (I&C)
- Close collaboration with internal departments and committees
- Continuous training of the team in the fields of sensors, actuators, control systems, and CAD/CAE tools
- Preparing cost calculations and supporting the preparation of proposals for I&C engineering projects
- Coordination with project management and project control
- Independent technical project execution and project management for E/I&C projects in close cooperation with project managers and project control
- Acting as an expert in internal and external development projects, including the application of AI in your field
- Experience in planning electrical installations and automation projects
- Expert-level knowledge in E/I&C basic engineering with many years of experience
- Strong interest in the latest technical developments and their practical application in the E/I&C field
- Willingness to work at the cutting edge of technological development

- Ability to independently familiarize yourself with complex topics
